Matt Scheessele, PGA
Head Golf Professional

Matt Scheessele is the Head Golf Professional at Cambridge Golf Club.  Matt worked previously at Helfrich Golf Course as the Assistant Golf Professional and as the Head Golf Coach at the University of Southern Indiana.  Matt has an extensive background in tournament operations, merchandising, and comes from a background of public Golf.  Matt is a class A Member of the PGA America.

Anthony (Tony) Kemp
Golf Course Superintendent

Anthony (Tony) Kemp of Tennyson, IN is the Golf Course Superintendent at Cambridge Golf Course. He has an extensive background in turfgrass breeding, irrigation, landscaping, and pesticide and fertilizer applications.  A graduate of A.A. Turf Management at North Carolina State University, Raleigh, Kemp was Valedictorian of his class.  Kemp is a Member of the Tri-State Superintendents Association and a certified Pesticide Applicator in the State of Indiana.

Beverly Shelton
Head Chef

Beverly Shelton is the Head Chef at Cambridge Golf Club.  Beverly joined the Cambridge Staff in January of 2006.  She was born in Eldorado, IL and was raised in Broughton, IL.  Beverly perfected her skills as a chef while working at the Red Geranium Restaurant in New Harmony, IN.  Beverly has the ability to prepare for crowds of more than 300 or a simple meal to enjoy with your family.

Shannon Tovissi
Event Coordinator

Shannon Tovissi is the Event Coordinator at Cambridge Golf Course. Shannon joined the Cambridge Staff in July of 2009. Shannon was born and raised in Newburgh, IN and attended Castle High School. After high school Shannon earned here Elementary Education Degree from the University of Southern Indiana. After school, Shannon spent 22 years teaching in the Mt. Vernon School District. Most recently, Shannon work in the catering business as an employee at Jennifer’s Catering. Shannon brings a very warm and outgoing personality to the Cambridge Golf Course Staff.
